- Other ther ingredients:-
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 2 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- as required Nylon Sev
- as per taste Chat masala
- as required Red garlic chutney
- few Bread slices
- as needed Butter
Instructions to make to make Aloo toast
- Mix all ingredients mentioned in ' for potato mixture '.

- Mix all purpose flour, corn flour and salt with enough water in broad bowl and make thin batter.

- Mix all ingredients for green chutney and grind in mixer grinder with enough water.

- Heat nonstick tawa. Take a slice of bread, apply green chutney over it. Apply prepared potato mixture over it. Dip this side into batter. Put on tawa and cook this side till golden brown. Apply butter on other side and cook until crisp and golden. Cut into halves.



- Apply chopped onion, tomatoes and coriander leaves over it. Apply green chutney and red garlic chutney. Sprinkle chat masala and lot of nylon Sev. Enjoy.
